Can I book the night before for an early airport run?
Absolutely — most airport jobs are booked days or weeks in advance. Greg is used to 3am starts for Edinburgh and Glasgow flights. Ring or message to confirm availability and lock in your slot.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Greg tracks arriving flights and adjusts pickup time — no charge for reasonable delays. If your flight is badly delayed or cancelled, just let Greg know as soon as you can and he'll work with you.
Do you accept card payments?
Cash is preferred; bank transfer is also fine for pre-booked jobs. If you need to pay by card, mention it when booking and Greg will let you know what's possible.
Can you fit child seats?
Yes — please mention this when booking and specify the age or type of seat needed so Greg can have the right one ready.
How many passengers can Greg take?
Up to 4 passengers in the Skoda Octavia Estate, with plenty of boot space for suitcases. If you're a larger group, ring Greg to discuss options.
Do you do long-distance jobs?
Yes — Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, London, anywhere in the UK. Call Greg for a firm quote; long-distance fares are priced by mileage and time.
Is there a premium for unsocial hours or holidays?
Standard fares apply day and night for most journeys. Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day carry a small premium, as is standard in the trade.
Are you properly licensed and insured?
Yes — Greg is a licensed private hire driver with a full DBS check and fully comprehensive hire & reward insurance. Peace of mind as standard.
